I help people free the potential of their soul through harnessing the processes of their mind.
Healthy eating is the fuel for a fulfilling life, the right energy to get where you want to be !
I hold a level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy by the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
I am a mother of two and in my free time, I like to cook healthy and exciting meals, grow a few vegetables from seed, and go on walks in nature. I also enjoy keeping freshwater aquariums at home including Danio fish and shrimp!
My mission
I use hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help you distance yourself from your negative self hypnosis and be relaxed about your inner experiences, so that you can be in the driving seat of your life, to change it for the better!
Hypnosis is really just the harnessing of your mind’s natural abilities for your own chosen goal. There is no magic done to you, you will just be guided to understand and use to your advantage the automatic processes of your brain. Instead of your mind hindering you, let it serve you ! I am passionate about making a difference to you as I believe that the key to changing society is through the mastering of ourselves.
